Returns

Only defective or incorrect products are eligible for return.

All returns must be authorized by AutoKeyHub within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong items.

Shipping costs for exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless caused by our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized products or digital products are non-refundable.

Products damaged by misuse are not refundable.
